The Investigator will collect samples from four cohorts to develop a new ACTH assay

AXS_0099_Adult Reference Range [3]

Inclusion Criteria
  • -Subject is at least 22 years old -Able to provide written informed consent -Apparently healthy and free from the signs and symptoms of disease
Exclusion Criteria
  • -Active chronic diseases -History of adrenal or pituitary disease -Having an acute disease -Pregnancy -Taking any medicines known to impact ACTH such as: Biotin supplements, Cortisone, Hydrocortisone, Dexamethasone, and Predinosolone -Recently having severe physical injury such as trauma with presenting symptoms - Had a medical test with a radioactive tracer in the last 7 days

AXS_0099_Confirmed Cushing/Addison's

Inclusion Criteria
  • Subject is at least 18 years old
  • Confirmed diagnosis of either: Cushing's disease, Adrenal tumor, Adrenal Hyperplasia, ACTH-producing tumor outside the pituitary (ectopic), Secondary adrenal insufficiency, Hypopituitarism, Adrenoleukodystrophy, Nelson's syndrome, or Addison's Disease
  • Able to provide written informed consent or signed assent as applicable
Exclusion Criteria
  • Subjects who are pregnant
  • Subjects who are not currently diagnosed with any of the disease states mentioned in inclusion criteria

AXS_0099_Pediatric Reference Range [4]

Inclusion Criteria
  • -Subject is at least 2 years old and no more than 21 years old -Able to provide written parental consent, signed assent, or informed consent as applicable -Apparently healthy and free from the signs and symptoms of a disease
Exclusion Criteria
  • -Active chronic diseases -History of adrenal or pituitary disease -Having an acute disease -Pregnancy -Any medicines known to impact ACTH such as: Biotin supplements, Cortisone, Hydrocortisone, Dexamethasone, and Prenisolone -Recently having severe physical injury such as trauma with presenting symptoms -Had a medical test with a radioactive tracer in the last 7 days -Subjects weighing less than 20 lbs
