Inclusion Criteria

• - Age ≥22 years

• - Dated and signed informed consent

• - Patients presenting to ambulatory care setting, with suspicion of Heart Failure

Exclusion Criteria

• - Renal insufficiency requiring dialysis or known estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR)<15 mL/min/1.73 m2 prior to enrollment

• - Patient is scheduled for, or likely to have, coronary artery revascularization or left ventricular remodeling surgery in the next three (3) months

• - Patient is considered likely to undergo left ventricular assist device (LVAD) placement or cardiac transplantation in the next three (3) months

• - Subject unable to donate up to 50 mL of blood at one time

• - Currently enrolled in another investigational device or drug trial

• - Subjects previously diagnosed with heart failure
